How can I pay for my items?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard via our secure encrypted payment gateway.
You’ll notice throughout our website our secure green padlock. This means your data is safe and encrypted.
We also offer PayPal and ApplePay.
When will I receive my items?
We deliver items 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.
International or Air Mail orders can take up to 10 days depending on your country.
You can contact us prior to ordering for more specific timescales.
Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes, we do. For UK Only – it’s £5.99. Please note that the next day cut off time is 1pm – if you order after 1pm you will receive your order the following working day.
I’ve placed my order, how do I know its on the way?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number, products, billing and shipping address.
Once your order is packed, you’ll receive another email confirming your order has been picked, packed and is on its way.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam and junk folders.
I’ve received my delivery and some of the items are missing?
Don’t panic! We have two warehouses, and ship some items individually. If you would like confirmation of this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the refund/exchange policy?

I’ve sent something back, when will my refund be processed?
Typically inside 3 working days from receiving your refund request, but please allow 10 working days during busier times. You will receive an email once your return had been processed. It can take a further 5 working days for the money to show in your account.
I’ve sent my return back, can you track it?
Unfortunately not. Your return will be processed within our timescales set out in our Returns Policy. If this time has been exceeded please email email@example.com for advice. We cannot advise on individual returns. If you’d like to know if we’ve received your item, please refer to your tracking information.
Can I change my order?
You can, but please be quick! Once your order has reached a certain point within the dispatch process, we are unable to make any changes to it. Even if you ask us in time, we may not be able to amend your order. We can only make changes that do not increase or decrease the value of your order.
I forgot to use my discount code, can I add it later?
Sorry, but unfortunately we are unable to amend your order if you forgot to enter your discount code when you placed your order.
Is it possible to change shipping method after I’ve ordered?
Sorry, but unfortunately we are unable to amend the shipping method once you’ve placed your order.
There’s nowhere to add my discount code?
Occasionally we may prohibit the use of Discount Codes while we are running other promotions.
Do you offer any discounts?
In short, no. When you sign up to our mailing list, you will receive 10% off your first order. All our promotions, discounts and offers are distributed through our email newsletter and social media so if you see an offer – take advantage!
Are you looking for any models?
When we do require models, we reach out to modelling agencies. If you are an aspiring model, we recommend putting together a portfolio and getting signed by an agency.
Do you need any promoters?
Occasionally we will reach out to bloggers and influencers. If you think you are suitable for a high end partnership, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your most recent portfolio.
What’s your returns address?
You can also find the returns address on the paperwork you receive with your order. If you have misplaced this, please print another copy from My Account > Orders > Print.
Does the website price include VAT?
Yes. Any items purchased from MADE CLO LTD are inclusive of VAT. This is a UK registered website and we have no legal obligation to offer VAT free shopping to customers outside of the EU.
